- Our products being food, hence perishable goods, are exempt from being returned, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any of the food items.
- We spend a great amount of time understanding our customers’ orders, if any particular requirements deem an order unfeasible, we reserve the right to decline it.
- To deliver best experience and have freshly cooked pastries, most of our products needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
- If a customer needs to reschedule an order, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. To be able to fulfill their request, we need a 24 hour notice. We will strive to meet the given deadline, however it is dependent on resource availability and our schedule; thus no guarantee can be made. It is possible that an accommodation from the customer may be necessary in order for us to accommodate their request.
- We love to know that we are able to satisfy all our customers wherever they are in Dubaï. At the same time, depending on your location, the delivery fees will differ.
